What about having the ability to make vehicle models to use as Custom NPCs?
Could work in theory if the models would be registered as common mobs.
(since Custom NPC seems to scan for common mobs and adds possibility to use theyr model as custom npc, no clue if this would work well though)
I've already managed to do this with the ugly old flan's mod tank model but with more complex vehicles it's quite difficult since you have to rotate manually the vehicle model by 90 degrees (and then to convert it to a normal minecraft model, keeping the Turbo Model Thingy functions).
