Starting Toolbox (Installation)

I have a problem of Toolbox.exe starting. Whenever I try to run it - I get a problem "Toolbox is stopped running".
I've found on forums then there is a solution - delete "Toolbox 2.0" folder from "MyDocuments" but it keeps appearing after new run.
You may ask me to install ".net" packets. So there are screenshots of my packets.

hmmn, maybe you can try to go to your control panel, and then to programs. then delete toolbox in there. Or you can check if you have the latest version, or if you have like a fake version, because Manus said something like, that hackers posted fake toolbox versions or something. If you download the latest version from here I think you should be fine.

most times this problems come from file path with non ascii chars in it, so normally a delete of the config is all you have to do.

I havent tested the toolbox with the framework 4.7 ^^

No ascii chars in pathes

C:\Users\Ivan\Desktop\Chair\progs\Toolbox 2.0 - where the program
C:\Users\Ivan\Documents\Toolbox 2.0 - where the configs

Added debug logs. ~7mb so zipped it in archieve.
