open command prompt, CD to your Gradle folder where build.bat is located

run the command: build.bat > log.txt 2> error.txt

look at the error.txt - that will tell you exactly whats wrong.

I dont know why the build.bat does not output errors to a file by default -

TankHunter is wrong, in the model name section i just input the name. It doesnt have to be Model + Name in thr toolbox. However, the name of the .java file itself must be model + name. For instance, in my pack, in the toolbox as the model name i put "BoltFiretruck" but the name of the java file is "ModelBoltFiretruck.java"

thats what i was saying

take the Classic WWII Sherman, ok

example Config file example: ww2.Sherman
example .Java/.Class model file: ModelSherman

when you select what model it is using in the config file just leave out the "model" part and add the name of whatever folder the models are contained it.
